Heating of Residential Building

The main topic of this Bachelor’s thesis is the design of heating and hot water heating system for given residential building consisting of seven housing units. Theoretical part deals with the design of hot water storage heating, principal division of systems for water heating and rules for specification of power and volume of the water storage. Calculations of the design of the particular water heating system itself are contained in application part of the thesis. Heat dissipation of whole object, design of heating surfaces, heat source parameters and tubes dimensions are calculated also in this part of thesis. Three methods were used for hot water heating. One of the methods was chosen as the most appropriate for given object. The project also contains technical report and drawing documentation.

Bakalářská práce se skládá z částí teoretické a početní. V teoretické částí se zabývám různými způsoby vytápění v bytových domech. Početní část se zabývá návrhem jednotlivých částí otopné soustavy v bytovém domě. Pro vytápění bytového domu bylo zvoleno ústřední vytápění s centrálním ohřevem teplé vody. Jako zdroj tepla byla zvolena plynová tepelná čerpadla v kombinaci s kondenzačními kotli.
